  • The Walkthrough. We install the system alongside your facility manager. It takes minutes per sensor, requires no drilling, and causes zero disruption to tenants.

  • Low Maintenance. Powered by standard AA batteries with a 1-year lifespan. We receive “Low Battery” alerts at 15% remaining life, providing plenty of time to service them.
